Brian J. Hennessy
Owner
With over 35 years of construction experience, Brian founded Hennessy Construction in 2002 to fill a key market niche for turn-key tenant improvements.
His business has thrived and grown over the past 20 years earning a distinguished reputation among Owners, Owner Representatives, Property Managers, and Tenants for commercial building projects throughout Utah.
He brings to the project team extensive preconstruction and construction management services that have included offices, commercial, institutional, industrial, and hospitality facilities. He works closely with the project team coordinating tenant improvements for building shells as well as remodeling and renovations of existing facilities.
Taylor H. Talbot
Project Manager/Superintendent
Taylor's career began and continues in the tenant improvement niche of construction. For the last 10 years, Taylor has worked in commercial construction with his tools as a general laborer and later graduated to running high profile projects as a superintendent and project manager. This hands-on experience has proven invaluable when working with subcontractors, architects, and clients in the development of field situations and project details.
Taylor's experience in the field leads to his total confidence in managing and understanding his projects. His emphasis on relationships with architects, inspectors, and subcontractors not only helps timelines, but the budgets as well.
Taylor has a vast and growing knowledge of commercial construction and seeks to further that passion as he establishes himself in the industry.
